Goodwill Clinic is looking for a motivated and experienced Front Office Executive to become part of its healthcare team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors while providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.

• Manage patient registrations, appointments, and front desk operations.

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently.

• Process and coordinate health insurance documentation and related administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.

• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

• Provide general administrative support and assist with routine office responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience working in the healthcare sector.

• Knowledge of health insurance processing and related documentation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment.

• Fluency in Hindi and/or Urdu is preferred.
