Job Vacancy – Junior HR Executive (UAE Experience Mandatory)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience and the ability to manage HR administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

Work Location: ICAD, Mussafah – Abu Dhabi


Joining: Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates are highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:


• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with employee onboarding, induction programs, and preparation of HR-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases in line with company standards.
• Prepare, verify, and manage employee timesheets in coordination with site and administration teams.
• Provide support in payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculations, deductions, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other PRO-related activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required by management.

Requirements:


• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience within the UAE.
• Practical experience in timesheet handling and payroll coordination.
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Prior experience in the construction or industrial sector will be considered an advantage.
