Description:
A fast-growing investment firm based in DIFC, Dubai is seeking a proactive Junior Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant, this role combines both business and personal assistance within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s diary, appointments, and daily schedule.
• Handle inbox management and professional correspondence.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
• Prepare presentations, briefing documents, board packs, agendas, and other business materials.
• Support finance administration and related documentation.
• Provide personal lifestyle assistance, including errands and personal shopping.
• Research and organize personal and family travel arrangements.
• Liaise with household staff and assist with occasional household recruitment.
• Manage household utilities, insurance policies, and bill payments.
• Support the Senior Executive Assistant with CEO administrative tasks.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as business priorities evolve.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, resilient, and capable of managing changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of:
• Executive diary and calendar management.
• Travel planning, document preparation, and administrative support.
• Microsoft Office applications, communication, and organizational skills.
