Description:

Virtustant is hiring an IT Virtual Assistant to support multiple businesses operating across digital platforms and cloud-based systems. The organization manages various brands and relies heavily on secure IT infrastructure, domain management, and cloud services to maintain smooth remote operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented IT professional who is comfortable handling technical tasks such as email system management, DNS configuration, and cloud platform support. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, ensuring security compliance, and supporting daily IT operations across multiple business units.

You will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 environments, DNS records, domain configurations, and cloud services while also supporting onboarding, documentation, and troubleshooting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, migrate, and manage Microsoft 365 email accounts.

• Manage users, permissions, shared mailboxes, and email aliases.

• Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication protocols.

• Handle email forwarding, security policies, and deliverability issues.

• Manage DNS records including A, CNAME, MX, and TXT configurations.

• Handle domain registration, renewals, and transfers via registrars like GoDaddy.

• Set up and manage SSL certificates and website configurations.

• Perform basic Azure account setup and user access management.

• Create and monitor virtual machines and cloud resources.

• Set up and manage AWS accounts, IAM users, and billing alerts.

• Conduct user access audits and configure two-factor authentication.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for tools and systems.

• Develop IT SOPs, documentation, and system access guides.

• Maintain secure records of system access across multiple brands.

• Manage SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and cost optimization.

• Provide basic remote IT troubleshooting support.

• Coordinate with hosting providers and cloud support teams.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in business IT support or related roles.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Familiarity with AWS console and cloud services.

• Experience with DNS management and domain registrars.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage IT operations across multiple businesses.

• Security-conscious mindset and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft 365 administration and email systems

• DNS, domain management, and SSL configuration

• Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS basics)
