The ideal candidate will provide technical support and helpdesk services for hardware and software issues, manage system administration including servers, user accounts, updates, and patches, and oversee the company’s network infrastructure, connectivity, and security. The role also involves implementing cybersecurity measures, managing backups and disaster recovery solutions, coordinating IT projects and vendor services, and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or Network Administrator
- Hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience in cybersecurity and data protection
- Relevant IT certifications are preferred
