• Skills: Proven track record of implementing Complex project related to Airport Cargo Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Benchmark processes/services with other service providers.
• Elicit requirements and drive process change.
• Creating details business Analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Conduct system demo for internal/external stakeholders.
• Work with internal & external business partners to document, control and implement business processes, and policies required.
• Monitor Project progress, and highlight Risk on a timely basis.
• Lead user Acceptance Testing Session
• Coordinate pilot tests for new products / Services
• Roll out new products / Services
• Support adoption teams to ensure designed solutions are adopted by trade & stakeholders.
