A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the planning, governance, and successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale IT transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large technology initiatives, including ERP implementations and ITSM/CRM solution rollouts.
This role requires a skilled professional who can manage program strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of digital transformation projects. Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant enterprise IT experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Manage ERP implementations and ITSM/CRM solution rollout projects.
• Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Ensure effective governance frameworks are followed throughout program execution.
• Support successful adoption of new technology solutions across the organization.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Program Manager managing enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Experience with ERP implementations and ITSM/CRM solution delivery.
• Strong program governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.
• European and Arabic nationals currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
