We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Manager to lead and manage onsite support operations in Dubai, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and efficient service delivery. Regular travel is required, and candidates must have a valid driving license and own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing service delivery team.
- Optimize technician resources to maximize efficiency and quality.
