Description:

AAON, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily operations at its NAIC Lab facility in Tulsa. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking materials, and ensuring availability of consumables and tools to support engineering and testing activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for inventory documentation, cycle counts, and coordination with vendors and internal departments. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory systems in a fast-paced technical environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in inventory control while supporting lab and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for consumables, tools, and supplies

• Perform routine cycle counts and update inventory systems

• Track incoming and outgoing materials with proper labeling and storage

• Assist in ordering and replenishment of supplies

• Support tool inventory management and vendor coordination

• Document discrepancies, shortages, and damaged items

• Maintain organized physical and digital inventory records

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

• Forklift certification is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of:
