Description:
Al Sadaqa Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial accuracy and enjoy working in a structured and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks. The role also involves contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and VAT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions accurately and maintain accounting records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank, customer, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and prepare related accounting entries.
• Verify, process, and maintain VAT-related financial transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset records and update depreciation schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Estimated).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Bank reconciliations, ledger management, and financial reporting.
• VAT procedures and Microsoft Excel.
