We are currently hiring an experienced Arabic Human Resources Officer – Training & Employee Development to join a professional Support Services team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for HR professionals who are passionate about building a strong learning culture and driving employee growth through structured training and development initiatives.
The position focuses on identifying learning needs, delivering impactful training programs, and supporting long-term career development across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing workforce capabilities and promoting continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing organizational, departmental, and individual training requirements
- Designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training and development programs
- Managing training schedules, logistics, and learning calendars
