Reflections Hotel Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background and the ability to manage HR operations effectively within a hotel environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations, HR processes, and administrative activities while ensuring smooth workforce management. Candidates who are available to join within 10–15 days will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily human resources operations and activities.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to staff.
• Maintain employee records, documents, and HR files.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes and staff requirements.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry.
