Description:
The HR & Administration Executive will play an important role in supporting the company’s human resources and administrative operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of UAE experience who are eager to build their careers in a dynamic and professional work environment.
The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, payroll, employee documentation, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations. Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and government authorities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee induction programs.
• Coordinate with the PRO regarding employment visas, labor cards, and other government-related documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, leave management, and personnel documentation.
• Support employee relations activities, performance management processes, and policy compliance.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and various HR projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of UAE HR or Administration experience.
• Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential employee information with professionalism.
