Looking for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Officer to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full Recruitment & Onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage Employee Relations, drive engagement initiatives, and nurture a positive organizational culture.
- Oversee Payroll & Finance Coordination to guarantee timely and accurate salary distribution.
- Liaise with government authorities and manage PRO & visa-related tasks efficiently.
- Administer Offboarding & Exit Procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally in construction or engineering industries.
- Familiarity with WPS payroll systems and visa/PRO processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Odoo HR module is advantageous.
