Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates to match client job requirements.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage HR documentation.
• Support onboarding processes, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Liaise with clients to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR or recruitment within the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE labor law, WPS, and visa procedures.
