HR Manager for Al Ain
Improve current HR processes
Monitoring annual leave and other entitlements
Assist with drafting HR policies and procedures for the site
Assist with recruitment process and administration
Drafting employment contracts and onboarding processes
Monitor training records and follow up with training actions
Initiate employee engagement strategies
Involves HR Generalist Activities
Must have knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
The Successful Applicant
Degree educated with a qualification in HR (HR degree, CIPD, SHRM etc.)
Dynamic and self-motivated attitude
Strong team work experience
Must speaks ARABIC
(Knowledge of HSE)
