TRUE TALENT HR GROUP is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for motivated HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives to join its office in Sharjah. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates, including fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment.
The company is seeking energetic, confident, and target-oriented individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition. Successful candidates will be involved in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities for UAE and international hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
• Contact candidates and conduct follow-up calls.
• Collect CVs and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support recruitment for UAE and international positions.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain candidate records and keep recruitment updates organized.
Requirements:
