Beverly Hills Specialist Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join its human resources team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in healthcare HR operations and a solid understanding of UAE labor regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and assisting in employee management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative HR tasks

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes

• Assist in employee relations and performance management activities

• Coordinate with departments regarding HR requirements and staffing needs
