Description:

Al Mariah United Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join its team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with a strong background in the transport or logistics sector who can effectively manage the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role also involves supporting operational teams, enhancing employee engagement, and providing strategic HR guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour regulations.

• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and employee engagement.

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters, and employee records.

• Support the recruitment and retention of drivers, operations staff, and other transport-sector employees.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

• Advise management on HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the Transport, Logistics, Fleet, or related industry.

• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of:

• UAE labour laws and HR practices.

• Workforce management, employee relations, and performance management.

• HR systems, payroll coordination, and Microsoft Office.
