A growing international organization operating in the logistics and transportation sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its Dubai office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion while supporting a diverse and international workforce.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.

This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong business partnering skills, experience managing multicultural teams, and a solid understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

• Partner with management teams to support workforce planning and organizational development.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.

• Support expatriate employees and coordinate HR activities for international teams.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

• Provide guidance on HR matters and support strategic business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.

• Previous experience within multimodal transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or international transportation companies is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of UAE Labour Law.

• Experience working with expatriates and multicultural international teams.

• Fluency in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work and be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
