Description:
DNJ Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join its growing team and support workforce development across its operations in the UAE’s manufacturing and engineering services sector. This position offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about employee engagement, talent management, and human resources operations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment activities, employee relations, training initiatives, compliance processes, and HR administration. Working closely with management and employees, the HR Executive will contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient HR operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including job descriptions, interview coordination, offer letter preparation, and employee record management
• Support training and development programs by coordinating training sessions and maintaining development records
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, surveys, and grievance handling processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements
• Maintain employee handbooks, HR documentation, and support HR process improvement initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, organizational charts, and employee-related records
• Coordinate visa renewals, insurance renewals, employee additions and deletions, and liaise with relevant authorities and service providers
• Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems and monitor document renewal schedules
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Experience working with HR systems and employee record management
• Strong knowledge of:
• HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or similar systems
• UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR compliance requirements
• Employee relations, onboarding, training, and HR administration processes
