Job Opportunity: HR Assistant – Al Khail Mall, Dubai
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Assistant to join our on-site HR team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting everyday HR operations, keeping personnel records accurate and up to date, and helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly for both employees and management. The right candidate will demonstrate discretion, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee files, HR records, and related databases to ensure information is current and compliant.
- Assist with recruitment tasks including preparing job postings, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update HRIS records to reflect hires, terminations, and changes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE labour law requirements.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily HR tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in Human Resources or HR administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and maintaining HR databases.
- Practical experience in benefits administration and employee services.
- Experience coordinating or supporting training and development activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
