Job Position: HR Officer

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Officer at KLC Virtual Restaurants in Dubai. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and general office management. You will also handle employee data maintenance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
• Should have experience in the F&B industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Familiarity with company laws, regulations, and licenses
• Proficient in using ministry portals, especially in free zones
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
