White Aluminium Enterprises LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and supporting core HR functions. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, contributing to smooth daily HR operations, employee relations, insurance coordination, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the HR department and company staff
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage company insurance policies such as health, motor, and establishment insurance in collaboration with insurance brokers
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities, including documentation, filing, and record management
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, internal procedures, and company regulations in a professional manner
- Liaise with the Labour Camp Boss to manage, resolve, and follow up on accommodation and camp-related concerns
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven UAE experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with HR-related systems
