Description:
A leading real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join its corporate HR team. This role is strictly intended for professionals who have prior experience working within the real estate development sector, as industry-specific knowledge is essential for success in this position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and assisting HR management in delivering efficient and structured workforce support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and manage daily HR administrative operations within the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes.
• Coordinate HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and internal approvals.
• Support payroll preparation inputs and employee attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support HR managers in reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Assist in improving HR processes and ensuring operational efficiency within the department.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR Administration is required.
• Mandatory experience working within a real estate development company.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and administrative functions.
• Experience supporting corporate and fast-paced business environments is preferred.
• Candidate must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
