Sunrich Shipchandlers is currently seeking a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing human resources operations along with administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations within the organization.
This position involves handling employee-related processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll activities, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking and managing responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visa processing and related documentation for employees
• Maintain and update employee records accurately
• Support payroll processing and leave management systems
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies
• Handle general administrative duties and office coordination tasks
• Assist in employee onboarding and HR operational support
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and visa procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
