Description:

Al Bustan Centre & Residence is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join its Housekeeping Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering excellent guest service in a hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, replenishing amenities, responding to guest requests, and ensuring all housekeeping duties are carried out in accordance with hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Candidates who are currently in the UAE on a visit or cancelled visa are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms on a daily basis.

• Make beds, replace bed linens, and replenish guest amenities.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms to hotel standards.

• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.

• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, elevators, lobbies, and other public areas.

• Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the supervisor.

• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.

• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

• Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.

• Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa holders are preferred.

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Strong knowledge of:

• Housekeeping procedures and room servicing.

• Cleaning equipment, chemicals, and hygiene practices.

• Hotel safety standards and guest service protocols.
