NookRental is seeking a friendly and proactive Host Outreach Ambassador to help expand its host community. The successful candidate will connect with property owners, introduce them to the platform, and encourage them to list their spaces while representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential property owners who may be interested in listing their rooms or properties on NookRental.
• Introduce hosts to the platform and explain how they can create listings and welcome guests.
• Support property owners throughout the onboarding process and encourage platform adoption.
• Collect feedback from hosts and share insights to help improve the platform experience.
• Represent NookRental professionally while building strong relationships with potential hosts.
Requirements:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with new people and building professional relationships.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Travel, hospitality, or online marketplace concepts.
• Community outreach and relationship building.
• Remote work practices and independent task management.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Interest or experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, or short-term rental platforms is an advantage.
