Desert Landscape is currently expanding its project portfolio and is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Health & Safety Engineer (ADOSH / OSHAD) to strengthen its safety operations across multiple project sites. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing safety practices, implementing effective health and safety systems, and supporting operational teams in maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across project sites
• Ensure full compliance with ADOSH / OSHAD regulations and local safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Lead safety initiatives and promote awareness among employees and contractors
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline
• Certification in ADOSH / OSHAD is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Proven ability to manage safety compliance across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure strict adherence to safety standards
