Loco Bear is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Culinary & F&B Operations – UAE to lead and enhance food and beverage operations across its venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven hospitality professional with extensive experience managing high-volume culinary operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of culinary and F&B operations, including team leadership, budgeting, procurement, operational planning, and pre-opening activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic hospitality and entertainment brand while driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee culinary and food & beverage operations across all UAE venues.

• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage food costs, operational budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

• Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs, operational systems, and business processes.

• Oversee procurement activities and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Manage catering operations, large-scale events, and high-volume food production.

• Lead team training, coaching, and performance development initiatives.

• Support new venue openings, pre-launch planning, and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in culinary and food & beverage operations.

• Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality operations.

• UAE hospitality or entertainment industry experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Food cost management, budgeting, and manpower planning.

• SOP development, operational excellence, and process improvement.

• Procurement, vendor management, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

• Pre-opening operations, event catering, and large-scale food production.
