Andaz Dubai The Palm, a luxury lifestyle hotel located on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a Guest Relations GSO to join its Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong guest engagement abilities, and the confidence to handle guest requests and concerns in a professional manner. Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality environments and additional language skills will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized guest service and create memorable experiences for hotel guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support Front Office operations in delivering exceptional hospitality standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests through proactive engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, Guest Relations, or Front Office roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of guest engagement and complaint handling.
• Confident personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle environment.
• Additional language skills such as Russian, Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, or other European languages will be an advantage.
