Pavilion Palace Hotel is seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join its Front Office team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Candidates with experience using IDSNext and Arabic language skills will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide professional front office assistance.
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and daily reception activities.
