Description:

Melodica is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead and support front desk operations across more than 25 branches in the UAE. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader who excels at managing teams, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring operational consistency across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will oversee front desk staff, conduct regular branch visits, improve customer service standards, and collaborate closely with the Operations and HR teams. Candidates with strong leadership abilities, a valid UAE driving license, and the flexibility to travel frequently within the UAE are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front desk teams across multiple branches.

• Conduct branch visits to ensure service quality and compliance with standard operating procedures.

• Train, coach, and evaluate front desk staff.

• Handle escalated customer concerns and implement service improvements.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and branch coverage.

• Collaborate with the Operations and HR teams to enhance operational performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in Front Desk or Customer Service, preferably in a multi-branch environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
