Description:
Veloce Dubai is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior fit-out estimation and the ability to prepare accurate cost assessments for various projects while ensuring competitive and reliable pricing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, reviewing project documents, analyzing costs, and coordinating with technical and project teams to support successful project execution. Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Calculate material, labor, and overall project costs accurately.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams during the estimation process.
• Support tender submissions and ensure cost calculations are completed within deadlines.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in interior fit-out estimation.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
