Financial Service Specialist II – Remote

The Financial Service Specialist II works closely with branch office teams and clients, responding to incoming calls and written requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. This role focuses on problem resolution, information access, and operational support, without providing investment advice or recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and written correspondence from branch teams and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently by providing accurate information and dependable solutions
  • Complete required training and stay updated on process changes and new information
  • Actively engage in ongoing learning through department communications, meetings, and continuing education
  • Support team success by assisting with new initiatives, projects, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or related roles
  • Prior experience with Edward Jones or within the financial industry is an advantage

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond confidently with organized thoughts and appropriate tone
  • Strong written correspondence skills with attention to grammar and clarity
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities

Work Arrangement:
This is a remote position within the United States. Candidates living within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO may be required to work onsite three days per week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday, based on business needs.
