Description:

Position: Reporting Accountant

Only Immediate joiners

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for producing the Monthly financial reporting package, including full set of financial statements, and supporting schedules with variance analysis for actual vs. budget and vs. prior period.
• Daily and weekly financial and non-financial reports (e.g. occupancy, KPIs, cash & bank position, Aging, bank reconciliations, sales reports, properties performance reports, etc.)
• Prepare cash flow projections schedules
• Prepare budget and forecasting reports.
• Assist in other accounting or reporting tasks as requested

Requirements:

• Available to join immediately
• Outstanding Excel skills. Power Point is highly desirable.
• Fully or semi-qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, etc. (must have passed at least one part)
• Fluent English, with clear communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in UAE
