📢 We are hiring a seasoned Finance Manager to lead financial planning and control for a fast-growing perfume & beauty brand based in Dubai. This role requires a strong mix of technical finance skills, practical business sense, and experience driving process improvements and digital finance initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure UAE VAT & compliance requirements are met and coordinate with external advisors when needed.
- Design and maintain process controls and continuous improvements to strengthen financial governance.
- Drive digital transformation in finance — implement tools and automation to streamline reporting and operations.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, monitor cash flow, and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and manage the finance team, setting objectives and supporting professional development.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, preferably within retail, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax (VAT) and local regulatory compliance.
- Professional qualification: MBA, ACCA, CA, or CPA is required.
- Proven track record in process improvement, financial controls, and digital finance tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
