Description:

Alkalma Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Controller to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations across the UAE and KSA, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic business support.

The successful candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls while working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. Candidates with healthcare experience, particularly in hospitals or clinic groups, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE and KSA regulations.

• Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi, tax, healthcare, and other regulatory requirements.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and senior management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.

• 8–10+ years of finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals or clinics.

• Based in Abu Dhabi with the ability to travel to KSA when required.

• Strong knowledge of:

• IFRS and financial reporting.

• DOH Abu Dhabi regulations.

• KSA financial and regulatory requirements.

• Financial management, budgeting, and internal controls.
