Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets for individual restaurant locations and the overall company.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations.
- Control and analyze expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Oversee inventory management to optimize food and beverage costs.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage and Restaurant Industry.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
