Description:
Affordable Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations and ensure the efficient management of multiple projects and service contracts across its portfolio. This position is suited for a highly organized professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience in facilities management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, managing maintenance activities, overseeing budgets and contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role offers an opportunity to work within a professional environment while contributing to the successful delivery of facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day facilities management operations across assigned properties and projects
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems
• Ensure optimal performance of MEP systems and facility infrastructure
• Manage multiple projects and service contracts effectively
• Monitor operational budgets and control maintenance expenditures
• Administer vendor and contractor agreements while ensuring service quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10 years of facilities management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple facilities projects and contracts
• Strong understanding of facilities management operations and best practices
• Experience with budget planning, cost control, and financial management
• Knowledge of contract administration and vendor management
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of:
