BridgeBio is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced biopharma environment. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in keeping executive operations running smoothly while supporting high-impact initiatives across teams.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a Vice President and multiple senior leaders. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, handle expenses, support internal communications, and serve as a trusted partner across departments. This is a U.S.-based remote role that requires 25–50% travel, including evenings, weekends, and quarterly visits to the San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide high-level administrative support to a VP and multiple senior leaders
• Manage calendars, meetings, and events, including resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating logistics
• Assist with meeting preparation, including interview materials, resumes, and documentation
• Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Manage expense reporting and receipt submission in a timely and accurate manner
• Support internal communications such as team updates, announcements, and recognition initiatives
• Assist with contract routing and approvals, including document tracking, electronic storage, and signature coordination
• Manage purchase order requisitions and invoice reconciliation
• Support onboarding for new hires by coordinating access, meetings, and system setup
• Assist with onboarding new vendors and agencies, ensuring proper documentation and access
• Support cross-functional projects in collaboration with HR, Marketing, Clinical Development, and other teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency

Who You Are:
• A proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Experienced in managing multiple calendars, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Confident driving schedules and agendas with a clear understanding of context and urgency
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• Comfortable working independently while meeting tight deadlines
• Experienced working with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• IT-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Open to learning and using modern tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments is strongly preferred
