Task Order Manager 

Position Description/Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing overall contract performance, to include but not be limited to delivery, quality, security, and customer service in areas of information, fee collection, appointment, greeter, document delivery services, as well as offsite biometric collection services in specified countries.
  • Always serving as a point of contact for consular managers and available, in case of urgent situations.
  • Ensuring adherence to Task Order requirements during contract performance.
  • Conducting ongoing identification, evaluation, and mitigation of local and regional risks.
  • Proactively resolving issues arising under Task Orders.
  • Attending meetings and conferences in-person or digitally, as required and/or requested, with the full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor under the specified Task Order.
  • Drafting and submitting post-specific trip reports, standard reports at the Task Order level (weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad-hoc reports (incident reports, etc.) to Government and/or consular managers.
  • Tracking up-to-date clearance status for all GSS contract employees specific to the Task Order country.

Position Requirements:

  • Based in UAE (Preferably Dubai or Abu Dhabi but any city will work).
  • Must be able to travel to India without any limitations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree and/or PMP preferred)
  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience managing the implementation, execution, and oversight of programs similar in size, scope and complexity of this contract, including three (3) years leading diverse teams to foster customer service, innovative solutions, and proactive communication.
  • Must have experience managing large scale operations in India.

Expected Workdays/Hours:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week. Will need to work on weekend or overtime sometimes as required by the job.
