TENEX.AI is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support its leadership team in Scottsdale, Arizona. As an AI-native Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, TENEX is building innovative cybersecurity solutions and is looking for a professional who can help executives manage priorities and daily operations effectively.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires someone who can act as a strategic partner to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing complex schedules, coordinating operations, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and high-volume calendars for C-Suite executives, including resolving scheduling conflicts and organizing meetings.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

• Utilize Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive to create reports and maintain organized records.

• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support executive communications and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects, operational processes, expense reporting, team events, and investor meetings.

• Help develop operational processes and systems to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior executives.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
