Description:

We are looking for Leasing Executive for one of our UAE based client

Location – Dubai

Key Role:

• Assisting the manager and management on leasing matters
• Record keeping and maintaining files: ensure accurate filing of all information, documents and agreements
• Tracking and ensuring that all the renewals have been completed on a timely basis
• Tracking & issuance of a lease agreement and EJARI
• Rental and other payments: preparing cheque request and coordinate with finance and ensure that all payments as per the lease agreements are processed on time and disbursed accordingly.
• Reports: to provide timely reports to the Management by generating, developing and preparing reports.
• Maintaining a cordial relationship with landlords
• Coordination with various departments
• Attending to in-house queries on leasing from retail and other departments
• Salary: AED 5000 – AED 6,000.00 per month
