Overview:
Jouzy Consulting Engineers is ramping up for a major infrastructure site project in Dubai and is seeking experienced professionals to join the team. We want skilled, UAE-based candidates who bring practical site experience and can step into roles that ensure project delivery, quality, and safety.
Open Positions:
- Sr. Resident Engineer — Lead on-site engineering activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Infrastructure Engineer — Design-review, supervise civil works, and support technical coordination across disciplines.
- Civil Inspector — Inspect civil construction activities, verify workmanship and materials, and report on compliance.
- MEP Inspector — Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring systems meet design and safety standards.
- Land Surveyor — Conduct site surveys, set out works, and provide accurate measurements for construction control.
- Safety Engineer — Implement and monitor HSE procedures, conduct toolbox talks and site audits to maintain safe working conditions.
- Document Controller — Manage project documentation, drawing revisions, and ensure timely distribution and filing of records.
General Requirements:
- Proven experience working on UAE projects is mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined, site-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
