Hiring Irrigation Engineer – Maintenance Division

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Engineer to join our team with 3-5 years experience.

As an Irrigation Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, maintenance, operating and overseeing irrigation projects.

Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting the landscape maintenance management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Irrigation Project Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive irrigation plans and designs, ensuring fixtures meet requirements and specifications.
• Maintenance of irrigation systems and Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain irrigation system components, promptly addressing issues to prevent downtime .
• Construction Oversight: Direct the construction of automatic irrigation taking into account soil types, climate characteristics, water supply, plants requirements and other factors affecting irrigation needs.
• System Evaluation and Improvement: Assess existing irrigation systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and water conservation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with agricultural experts to align irrigation systems with plants water requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to on-site teams during irrigation system installation and maintenance.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in irrigation engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering / Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in irrigation engineering with a focus on maintenance and construction.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, water management, and agricultural practices.
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
