The Email Marketing Manager will play a critical role in owning and optimizing the outbound email engine for the SDR team. This is a high-impact role focused on building high-performing email sequences, improving engagement, and driving measurable pipeline growth through experimentation and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage outbound email strategy for SDR and demand generation teams

• Design, execute, and optimize email sequences, cadences, and campaigns

• Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies for subject lines, CTAs, and messaging

• Analyze campaign performance and build full-funnel reporting dashboards

• Translate SDR and sales insights into scalable email copy and campaign improvements

• Align outbound campaigns with product launches, webinars, and marketing initiatives

• Improve segmentation and personalization strategies based on ICP and intent signals

• Ensure email deliverability, domain health, and compliance with global regulations

• Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, RevOps, and marketing teams to improve pipeline conversion

• Leverage AI tools to scale personalized outreach while maintaining brand voice

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B outbound or email marketing within SaaS environments

• Strong understanding of SDR workflows and outbound campaign execution

• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on concise, high-conversion messaging

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation

• Ability to collaborate closely with sales and demand generation teams

• Familiarity with CRM and outbound marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

• Experience working with SDR teams and translating sales insights into campaigns
