Equitable is seeking a dedicated Disbursement Underwriter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate client accounts using DRP tools to review debit and credit history across multiple platforms (HM, SOC, NOC & LPL)
  • Review AWD records to confirm funds sent to or received from accounts
  • Verify contributions through AWD and validate Medallion Signature Guarantees if available
  • Contact the representative of record to confirm client communication
  • Directly call clients using application-provided numbers
  • Mail checks to clients if account verification cannot be completed
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the disbursement and validation process

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or fraud prevention experience
  • Familiarity with customer support systems, applications, hardware, and software environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and objectives efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve operational or procedural issues
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
