Equitable is seeking a dedicated Disbursement Underwriter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate client accounts using DRP tools to review debit and credit history across multiple platforms (HM, SOC, NOC & LPL)
- Review AWD records to confirm funds sent to or received from accounts
- Verify contributions through AWD and validate Medallion Signature Guarantees if available
- Contact the representative of record to confirm client communication
- Directly call clients using application-provided numbers
- Mail checks to clients if account verification cannot be completed
- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the disbursement and validation process
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service or fraud prevention experience
- Familiarity with customer support systems, applications, hardware, and software environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and objectives efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve operational or procedural issues
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
