Description:

Moore is seeking a Digital Media Planner to manage and grow digital media initiatives for nonprofit clients under its Media and Digital division. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel paid digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on donor acquisition and revenue generation.

The position involves hands-on management of paid media strategies across programmatic display, native advertising, paid social, and paid search channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop data-driven campaigns that improve performance and maximize engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital media campaigns

• Develop strategies for programmatic, paid social, and paid search advertising

• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for better results

• Manage media budgets, forecasts, and performance projections

• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and creative teams

• Negotiate media buys and maintain vendor relationships

• Conduct ongoing research on digital marketing trends and tools

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign reporting and insights

• Continuously test and refine campaign strategies for improvement

• Support rapid response initiatives when required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital media campaign management

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in digital media teams

• Strong understanding of programmatic, paid search, and paid social advertising

• Proven ability to generate leads, customers, and revenue growth

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Experience with Campaign Manager, DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

• Nonprofit sector experience

• Experience with paid search and paid social campaigns

• Familiarity with CRM/donation platforms (Blackbaud, Luminate Online, Salsa, Classy, Engaging Networks)

• Knowledge of CMS platforms
