We’re Hiring | Digital Events & Community Manager
Bluehost, a leading web hosting company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, web professionals, and small businesses grow online, is seeking a Digital Events & Community Manager. This role will design, execute, and scale digital events while building an engaged online community to boost brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Webinar Program Ownership: Plan, promote, execute, and report on recurring webinars end-to-end.
• Flagship & Strategic Events: Organize one large-scale annual virtual event and smaller roundtables or advisory boards.
• Partner & Co-Marketing Events: Collaborate with partners to expand reach and create co-branded content.
• Community Engagement: Develop and manage an online community to drive ongoing interaction and discussions.
• Content Repurposing: Convert events into on-demand assets, highlight reels, and derivative content for marketing, website, and sales enablement.
• Pipeline Impact & Reporting: Track event performance metrics, report ROI, and align with demand generation, ABM, and sales teams.
• Event Operations: Manage budgets, vendors, event platforms, and speaker/influencer relationships.
• Innovation & Benchmarking: Explore interactive experiences and track competitor strategies to keep events cutting-edge.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management.
• Proven success running webinars and larger-scale virtual events.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, pipeline attribution, and event ROI measurement.
• Experience in community-building and content repurposing for engagement.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and event platforms.
• Exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
